Interview
AOSB is one big interview but there are individual interviews throghout Breifing and Mainboard. This page will provide you with some advise on how to best prepare for an intreview.
STAR Technique
During your interview use the STAR technique when asked behavioural questions, normally they begin with "tell me about a time that you...".

Briefing
There is one interview at briefing where they ask questions about you and your motivations for becoming an Army Officer.
Mainboard
There are three interviews at mainboard:
Deputy President Interview
About your hobbies, interests and biggest challenges.
Vice Presidents Interview
Motivations and why you want to be an officer.
Education Officer
Questions on your qualifications, cultural events attended and two mental maths questions.

What makes a good leader and why?
What are your strenghts?
What are your weaknesses?
Educational Interview
Practices mental maths SDT in your head given.
Be able to add 3 double digit numbers with a sum below 100 in your head.
